Swiss Army Wrench is a fan-item made by MSPA user Todd Ingram. It is item number #176, and its cost is 102 credits. It is in the rarity category of 'Flower'. It was designed for use by the plumber Pipet, but could hypothetically be used by anybody else who was as gifted with the art of the wrench as he, of which there are few if any.

An unaltered Swiss Army Wrench increases the base attack power of all wrench-based attacks by 1. Humor Crafting effects for this item include but are not limited to:
- Pragma: Allows the wielder to swing on Lugnuts that appear in the field, which can allow them to move across crevices and unscrew things from walls.
- Shine: Pirahna Plants flee from the wielder in the field as opposed to pursuing them.
- Aegis: All attacks/items that raise the wielder's attack or defense stat make the effect last one turn longer.
